There are five levels of training in the Healing Touch curriculum. All classes are hands-on and experiential. Most classes are two-day workshops. Professional training (levels 4 and 5) are longer. There is a year of mentorship required before students can advance to Level 5. After the fifth level, students can submit an application to become a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Potential Providers need to complete a minimum of two levels of training before they can become part of the program and be assigned a HT Recipient.

There are no prerequisites for learning HT. Anyone interested in this form of energy therapy is invited to sign up for the Level 1 class. In addition, there are limited scholarships available upon request.

HPCC plays a vital role in making available and facilitating Healing Touch classes on the Central Coast. The HPCC leadership team works closely with Class Coordinators and Instructors to ensure students have the opportunity to attend as many levels of training as desired in a timely fashion.
