Did you know?

Did you know that Healing Partners of the Central Coast (HPCC) offers guided imagery meditations on this website and  that they can be accessed at any time, if you have a computer or a mobile phone? You can also access them as many times as you want… at no charge.

These guided imagery and affirmation recordings are provided to help support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They were handpicked to help you learn how to use the power of your own mind to relax your body, release tensions, and develop a mind/body connection that supports your body’s natural healing ability.

There are four guided imagery recordings available on the website. HPCC licensed these recordings from Belleruth Naparstek, a pioneer in guided imagery. Each meditation focuses on a specific aspect of well-being. HPCC chose these meditations to support cancer patients, but they can be used by anyone who visits the Resources page on our website.

Simply, scroll down the page to the Guided Meditations Block to access the imagery meditations. Here is a direct link to the recordings: https://www.hpcchealingtouch.org/community-resources-guided-meditation

More About Bellaruth Naparstek, ACSW, BCD

Ms. Naparstek is a clinical social worker, author, and nationally recognized guided imagery pioneer. She is the founder of Health Journeys and has developed a library of guided imagery meditations covering a broad range of topics including addictions, anxiety, depression, pain, sleep, weight loss and more. Her guided meditations focus the imagination in proactive ways to support physical health and well-being. According to Naparstek, guided imagery involves all the senses and is experienced throughout the body, not just mentally. Her guided imagery recordings have been used in notable hospitals and clinics that have adopted evidence-based alternative medicine practices as adjunct therapies. Naparstek teaches Guided Imagery on the faculty of the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine’s postdoctoral Fellowship Program.

HPCC is honored to have her as a resource for our mission to support community health and well-being.
